Easy to install

Install them yourself in just ten minutes. You will need a screwdriver as well as some patience. The first step is removing the original cover. It must be removed before the new cover can be put in place.
Once you have removed the old cover, use a flathead screwdriver to pull out the four main attachment clips located on the passenger side of the fob assembly. These are marked in red on the photo below. Pay attention to the yellow tabs that need to be disconnected.
Replace the battery with a # CR2032 coin cell battery. Make sure that the "+" positive side of the battery is pointing to the opening of the fob and that the -" negative side is facing toward the buttons made of rubber.
Reattach the passenger side mirror cover by aligning the tabs that locate it. Once you have completed this, put the fob that is on the driver's side back in your vehicle and test it by pressing the push button on the front of the car key. If everything is functioning properly the parking lights will be turned on and the doors will automatically close.
